1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within ​1–2 business days​ (excluding weekends and US federal holidays). Orders placed after ​3:00 PM PST​ will be processed the next business day.
  • Address Verification: Customers must ensure shipping addresses are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
  • Order Modifications: Contact ​customer@nisartmacka.com​ within 6 hours of purchase to change items or addresses. Changes after shipment are not possible.

2. Domestic Shipping Services (USA Only)​

We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including:

  • All 50 states, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico.
  • Alaska and Hawaii (additional fees may apply).

3. Shipping Costs & Calculations

  • Free Shipping: Orders over ​​$75​ qualify for free Standard Shipping.
  • Cost Factors: Calculated based on:
    • Package weight/dimensions (e.g., bulky blankets vs. pillowcases).
    • Destination zone (e.g., East Coast vs. Hawaii).
  • Taxes: Sales tax applied per California state law.

4. International Shipping

Currently Unavailable. We plan to expand to Canada and the EU by Q1 2026. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates.


5. Tracking & Delivery Management

  • Tracking Notifications: A tracking number and carrier link are emailed once your order ships.
  • Delivery Attempts: Carriers will attempt delivery 3 times. Unclaimed packages return to our warehouse, incurring a ​​$5 restocking fee + return shipping costs.

6. Unavoidable Delays & Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather/Natural Disasters: Hurricanes, floods, or extreme snow.
  • Carrier Failures: Lost or misrouted packages (contact carrier first).
  • Customs Delays: Not applicable for domestic shipments.

⚠️ ​Critical Notice:

  • Lost Packages: Report to ​customer@nisartmacka.com​ within ​14 days​ of expected delivery for investigation.
  • Damaged Items: Submit photos of the damaged item and packaging within ​48 hours​ of delivery for replacement/refund.

7. Restrictions & Prohibited Items

  • Geographic Limits: No P.O. Boxes or military bases (use physical addresses only).
  • Product Restrictions: Oversized items (e.g., king-size blankets) may require special freight handling (+$15 fee).
